Emergency
Response Consultants (ERC) was started out of Mr. Rogers’
passion for the response industry. His life long experience
in seeing disasters, natural and man-made, has given him an
insight into the importance of responding in an appropriate
manner. The Incident Command System (ICS) is that tool which,
when applied appropriately, will save lives and property.
Stacy started using the ICS system actively in 1982 with the
Department of Interior, Alaska Fire Service as a Hot Shot
crewmember.
Stacy is also a master trainer and experienced adult education
teacher. He has delivered all of the National Fire Protection
Association (NFPA) Professional Qualifications Board certification
courses for Fire Instructor, Fire Officer, and Fire Inspector.
He has taught over 170 college semester courses related to
emergency response and has consulted with all facets of many
governments and private companies. Last year alone Mr. Rogers
conducted 90 training courses in regard to ICS and NIMS.
There are currently 13 staff members that teach various courses
and conduct consulting contracts at ERC. Individual Bios are
available upon request. ERC hires experience from in the field
and requires professional adult teaching experience in order
to meet our growing customer need base.
