"Emergency Response Consultants, LLC has been an integral part of our Emergency Planning.  There are so many facets to building a response plan for various emergencies that affect multiple departments,  it can be overwhelming and easy to overlook key components.  Stacy Rogers is a true professional in guiding us through the steps of building a comprehensive, effective, and integrated plan."

I had the privilege and honor of attending and graduating Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL Training with Mr. Egbert in 1991.  Bob’s professionalism, and genuine great attitude made participating in such grueling training all the more enjoyable.  Upon graduation Bob and I were assigned to the same SEAL Team, there Bob gained immediate respect from senior members of the team as he volunteered for the most challenging task and never failed. As an entrepreneur and small business owner, I would hire Bob for any position I had available.  His positive attitude, good humor, and solid work ethics make him an immediate asset to any organization!

I have attended multiple National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS) training courses provided by Emergency Response Consultants (ERC) and Stacy Rogers between 2004 through 2017. His classes are thorough and challenging and entertaining. He brings years of experience and knowledge of the subject matter and shares that information with his classes in a way that allows the student to understand the concepts of emergency management with real life examples. I have gained the knowledge and confidence I would need if I were to ever be present at, or respond to an emergency situation. I highly recommend this critical training for first responders and anyone who works in the transportation industry.

As airports all over the nation search for ways to improve their response to airport emergencies , Stacy Rogers with a wealth of knowledge in the Incident Command System (ICS) is training the personnel of the Hawaii DOT to prepare for, mitigate and manage airport emergencies using the Incident Command System.
Stacy is a real professional and explains the functionality of the ICS in a way that is so informative and understandable.

Stacy Rogers is a man of impeccable character and disposition. He has been instrumental over the past four years in my understanding of the intricacies of the US system regarding firefighter training and he and his company Emergency Response Consultants are the driving intellectual force behind my goal of achieving US Pro Board certification for the firefighters of American Samoa and from that the outreach to the South Pacific nations. He has the ability to get the needed information understood by understanding the audience he is teaching. This is especially important when dealing with students to who English is ostensibly a second language. There is an old saying by William Arthur Ward: “The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires. “Stacy fits firmly into the last category.

Ross T Riddell
Specialist ARFF and Fire Consultant

His vast hands-on experience as a Wildland firefighter in the Western United States, along with his years of teaching experience in the University of Hawaii system give him a unique blend of action oriented expertise, emergency management mastery, and presentation development and delivery. Stacy has been instrumental in generating new and innovative topical elements which have served as integral parts of The Performance Institute’s Biannual Homeland Security Summits.

Over the past 3 years, Stacy has developed and led multiple innovative educational sessions and interactive table top exercises for national audiences. Stacy has been praised for his informative yet accessible delivery, his firm grasp of cutting-edge issues pertaining to emergency management, and his ability to provide first responders with information that is crucial to enhancing overall preparedness and response.
